Hey Everyone!

We have had a whirlwind of 2011 so far, with a Wedding in Northern Ireland, New Years in Paris, and then inches upon inches of snow, we have struggled to get our feet on the ground. Enough excuses. I thought I’d do a post with some of our fave portraits from 2010. We LOVE our clients, and have enjoyed photographing them all!

Welcoming baby M

We were excited to shoot some photographs of the Christians family and their newest little guy M. He was so sweet and slept the whole time! He was only 8 days old when we took these, which is so important with when photographing newborns. That sleepy “move me how ever you want to” stage is so short.

It is still amazing to us at how tiny newborns are. Just such an unbelievable little miracle! Anyhow, here are a few from the other day! Enjoy!

Meet the Shaw Family…

We got to photograph the Shaw family a few weeks ago over at New Life Ranch in Oklahoma. New Life Ranch is an amazing place, if you are looking for a great camp experience for your kids, or for a camp retreat you HAVE to check out this place. Do it! We can’t wait to send our kids there (not because we want to ditch our kids, but because it’s a super place).

OK, back to the photos… I love all the green-ness (not a word, but that’s ok right?) It just looks so crisp and clean. A super family + great location =WIN!. Here are some of our faves. ENJOY!

Miss A!

Spring is finally here! After getting 12 inches of snow in mid March(which is kind of psychotic for NW Arkansas), it was bliss to photograph Miss “A” in the park with all the beautiful green trees & grass, and flowers everywhere. She is so adorable, and totally knew how to strike a pose. No coaching/coaxing needed, she had it down. Anyhow, here are a few of our faves! We got to photograph this sweet little guy over the weekend. He is so tiny! and oh my that Mohawk…I just love it. There is nothing like a newborn, every perfect tiny detail of them is a marvel. It’s almost enough to give me baby fever…almost :\ We had fun with this little man, he was a little tricky, but we hooked him up with the swaddle and was good to go. Having four kids = swaddling champions! Enjoy a teaser from his Baby-Art shoot!

Mark, Jess & Ben

Last week, we photographed Mark & Jess in their home in Colorado Springs. They have an adorable little guy who is 4 months old, Ben. It was really special for us to photograph them since Jess is my (Becky’s) sister. I have been DYING to meet and hold baby Ben for the past 4 months, and he’s even more fantastic in person than I could imagine. It’s no surprise that they have such a great kid, since they are quite fantastic themselves. They also have an adopted son, Joe. He’s not as cute as Ben, waaaay hairier and has four legs . We got some really fun pics. Here’s a teaser…Enjoy!

We had the privilege to photograph this family in their home last month. They recently welcomed a new addition to the family, Jude. It was fun to capture them in their home, and observe them. Ben was sweet with his new little brother, kissing him and hugging him. Here are some of our faves from that session. Meet Teague, Tate, Jetta, & Mesa, the fabulous Broquard kiddos! Seriously this bunch of kids are loads of fun! We did a family session for them last year, and it was great to do a kid only shot this time. We had a blast, check out some of our faves~

Amelie Claire Seauve

August 21st, 2009 was a big day for us because we welcomed Amelie Claire Seauve into our family! In case you don’t know, she makes kiddo number four for us! She is uber sweet, and easy going. We are really enjoying her babyhood. She is 2 weeks old today, and we thought it was time to post some pictures from her newborn session we did last week. We think she’s insanely cute, but we are slightly biased Enjoy!
